Dr. Libna Palma was born and raised in Oceanside, CA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona and her Doctorate of Optometry from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA in 2021. She completed her ocular disease residency at the Manchester VA Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire in 2022 and has worked in community health clinics, VA hospitals, private practices, and corporate optometry. Dr. Palma has committed herself to advancing her knowledge and the optometric profession, and in 2023 earned her Fellowship from the American Academy of Optometry. ...
Dr. Amanda Ly developed her passion for eye care while earning her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and Physiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. Her clinical training includes externships within the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System and community clinics, where she focused on educating patients about their eye health and creating a supportive environment in which each individual feels heard, respected, and cared for.
