Dr. Amanda Ly developed her passion for eye care while earning her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and Physiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry. Her clinical training includes externships within the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System and community clinics, where she focused on educating patients about their eye health and creating a supportive environment in which each individual feels heard, respected, and cared for.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ly enjoys weightlifting and exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie with her husband.
