Everyone is very helpful and Sylvia, the Practice Manager, is very knowledgeable and ready to provide an honest opinion and assist you in any way! We are fans of IC! Berlin and had a difficult time finding them in Texas, where we are from. Carlsbad Optometry has a large selection and my family all found a pair they were happy with.

The staff at Carlsbad Optometry are extremely competent, friendly & helpful. They are very thorough with exams, explaining , contacts, new glasses (humongous selection) prescriptions, whatever you may need. I never had to wait for anything. I think you’ll be very happy with this office.

All the staff was so so friendly and kind. They helped me pick out frames that I love, and didn't try to upsell on anything unnecessary. The exam was thorough, and the optometrist took her time to explain everything. The hours of service worked great with my work schedule. I can't believe how fantastic this visit was.
